This post is for a Night time Controller working on a 4 on 4 off basis Working in a Busy Recovery Control Room
Duties:
- Accepting, Creating and Issuing Recovery Jobs
- Dealing With Live recovery jobs whilst under our control
- Taking Phone Calls
- Dealing with Drivers and Customers
- Taking payment for jobs
- Organising jobs to Minimise ETA times and travel distance
Skills:
- Good people Skills
-Good Computer Knowlage (training will be provided on our system)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when taking jobs
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and Managment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
