Cook position in a care home of 32 residents.
Full training will be provided during shadow shifts
Preparing food with fresh ingredients from scratch, following a 4 week rota.
A recognized and appropriate qualification in food preparation/cooking, at least to NVQ level 2
Basic certificate in Food hygiene.
At Least 1 year’s experience in commercial or institutional catering, providing varied menu..
Conversant with Environmental Health and Health and Safety regulations/legislation etc. governing the preparation, storage and cooking of food.
