We currently have a Customer Service Advisor vacancy and are looking for someone to join our team who has experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Customers can access all council and partner services at the above site, for example housing benefit, council tax, and housing advice, libraries, adult community learning enrolment and leisure services. In addition, we work in partnership with a number of external organisations, for example to host regular advice surgeries.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the site and play a key role in handling all customer enquiries. The role is varied and involves connecting customers.
