About The Role

As the call centre shift leader you will be reporting to the Senior Call Centre Leader and leading a team of people who are responsible for coordinating, at the highest standard, delivery of medical supplies to circa 100,000 patients across the UK, the Shift Leader will need to motivate and manage the end to end performance of the team, exceeding Customer and Patient expectations at every opportunity and ensuring success. You will be a strong promoter of the operational performance of Patients Services internally and actively collaborate with other operational leads to achieve solutions.

About You

We are seeking candidates with previous experience of leading a team within a call centre environment, you will have experience of leading shifts of up to 20 people within a KPI driven environment. You will inspire the trust and respect of the team and stimulate production within the workplace. You will always put our patient at the heart of what you do, you will be influential and skilled at different methods of communication.
