Online Content Assistant


 

Description

This is an opportunity to join our Ecommerce team supporting the rollout of onsite content campaigns and the visual merchandising and search optimisation across the Footasylum Website and APP. The role will require you to collaborate with the Marketing and Buying & Merchandising teams to improve and add consistency to our digital campaign executions.

You will support the online visual merchandising of the Footasylum’s website and App through merchandise categories, promotions, campaigns using data driven decisions and your understanding of seasonal trends and product knowledge.

Manage delivery of onsite content including web banners and content spots working closely with the Marketing and Art working teams to bring campaigns to life across the website and app. Assist the flow of artwork/creative through Wrike (artwork project management system) to ensure briefs are added and projects are completed and live within strict deadlines

A key element will be to work closely with the Buying, Trading, Data and UX teams to embrace a merchandising strategy. Work with the Brand Marketing team to maintain consistent message from the brand, in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and ensuring brand guidelines are upheld along with regular reporting.

The Team


The role sits within the larger Ecommerce department and will involve working extremely closely with art-working, marketing and the buying/merchandising teams to make sure product is in the right place at the right time and to bring product campaigns to life on the website.

The role will be supporting our current Online Visual Merchandiser working on a wide variety of tasks including updating website content, merchandising online products and optimising search results. You will also be working alongside our Trading and insights teams to help gather key insights to influence and optimise our customer focused digital projects.


About You


You will ideally have online or in store retail experience with a sound understanding of visual branding and merchandise combined with desire to pursue a career in Ecommerce.

A keen eye for creative display, branding and attention to detail will give a good foundation to learn the more technical elements of the role. You will
