Full Time Admin Assistant / 2- 3 Month contract / Coalville/ £11 per hour

Admin Assistant / Full Time position / 2-3 Month contract / £11.50 per hour + Holiday accrual / Ideal start date 2nd October / Coalville / Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm / ½ an hour unpaid lunch break / Full Training / induction provided / Very friendly team / New refurbished office / Outstanding atmosphere / On site parking available / Public transport route / Soft Drinks and snacks provided free of charge / Fun team activities throughout the contract.

Ideally we are looking for an administrator who has previous experience or have held a similar role. This is a really busy role which plays an integral part in the project , so is really rewarding .You may be asked to assist the customer service department should the administration role become quiet. This will be assisting with incoming emails predominately .Training will be provided and regular reviews will be held.

Main Duties involved:

Scanning and uploading artwork

Maintaining and cleaning scanners

Quality checking

Filing and archiving documents

Managing artwork issues

Other administration tasks including data entry and paperwork generation

Required experience

Intermediate computer literacy ( hardware and software skills a must )

Administration Managing spreadsheets , using databases and documenting dialogue
