Passenger Service Agent


 

We have an exciting opportunity for Passenger Service Agents to join our Operations department at Condor Ferries. This role forms part of a fantastic team of which you will be a key member by being the voice of our brands, exceeding customer expectations always, to enhance the reservation and travel experience.

The Role

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values.

In this role you will be working in our Contact Centre team and our Port locations with our passengers and Travel Partners. You will assist our customers with all their travel needs, from finding the perfect sailings, checking them in, to updating them with vital information and more.

In addition, you will assist with resolving any pre-travel complaints or dissatisfaction whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions to create a positive image of the product and the company.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and administrative skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to business needs. Maintaining product and brand knowledge, along with being aware of the business commercial focus, ensuring revenue is maximised through upgrading, cross selling and providing additional products and services.

You will be computer literate and able to remain calm and professional in a pressurised environment whilst ensuring you meet the required deadlines.

Full time shifts involve working 8.5 hour shifts across 5 days a week including weekends. However, we recognise that flexibility is key, and we want you to achieve the work life balance you need to succeed and we are happy to discuss your needs during interview.
