Role Summary

To support business performance, we are recruiting a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

The Receptionist is the first person a client, customer, or colleague sees when arriving at Parkacre. The Receptionist must adopt a pleasant personality, have good listening skills and be able to provide the correct information. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including directing contractors, customers, & visitors, distributing correspondence, coordinating boardroom bookings, and managing the telephone switchboard.

Routine working days are Monday-to-Friday with the following working hours:

  • 0800-1230hrs
  • 1230-1700hrs

To cover for team holidays & unforeseen absences, you will also be expected to complete full days (0800-1700hrs).

The ideal candidate must be able to effectively multitask & be able to deal with urgent situations in a timely and effective manner, executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Professional demeanour with a customer centric methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Ability to self-motivate, organise, prioritise, and work independently.
