As a Nature Kindergarten Lead, you will need to be level 3 qualified in correlation to the government guidelines. In this role, you will:
- Create inspiring, high quality, inclusive learning environments outdoors.
- Positively promote the Nature Kindergarten ethos to parents and visitors.
- Lead best practise daily, delivering inspiring sessions outdoors.
- Take part in regular networking activities with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders.
- Encourage independence and independent thinking as well as teamwork.
- Provide experiences for children that develop them, giving them the best possible start in life!

Musselburgh Nature Kindergarten is situated on the Esk Riverbank of Musselburgh.
